That is why we go to great lengths to source only the freshest produce, handpick the highest-quality spirits, and select the finest cuts of meat for our grinds. Butcher and Bartenders one-of-a-kind sausage links are made in-house by grinding and casing hand selected premium cuts of pork. We take full control of the process from beginning to end, ensuring that our sausages contain No Nitrates, are MSG-Free, and only contain the freshest ingredients.
Our signature Manhattan butter patty is crafted using a carefully selected grind of ground chuck and brisket, resulting in a perfectly balanced 5oz patty. Our house-made compound butter incorporates Kentucky Bourbon, Vermouth, and walnut bitters. This unique combination of flavors creates a delightful symphony of salty, sweet, bitter, and savory notes that will tantalize your taste buds.
The process begins with butcher's cut russet potatoes. We then brine overnight to enhance the flavor and texture. We double fry them in authentic Chicago stockyard beef tallow, resulting in a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. As a final touch, we lightly dust the fries with our own homemade butcher's salt. Each order is made fresh and served piping hot.
