Butcher and Bartenders one-of-a-kind sausage links are made in-house by grinding and casing hand selected premium cuts of pork. We take full control of the process from beginning to end, ensuring that our sausages contain No Nitrates, are MSG-Free, and only contain the freshest ingredients.

Our signature Manhattan butter burger is crafted using a carefully selected grind of ground chuck and brisket, resulting in a perfectly balanced 6oz patty. Our house-made compound butter incorporates Kentucky Bourbon, Vermouth, and bitters. The process begins with butcher's cut russet potatoes. We then brine overnight to enhance the flavor and texture. We double fry them in authentic beef tallow, resulting in a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. As a final touch, we lightly dust the fries with our own homemade butcher's salt. Each order is made fresh and served piping hot.
